Van Patton is a second-generation Certified Residential Appraiser with more than 16 years of experience in Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia.
Longstanding relationships with major banks and financial institutions, along with conventional, FHA and VA appraisal assignments, have shaped a practice grounded in careful research, independent judgment and clear reporting.
